Unfortunately too many Award sites provide just free Awards. Because, It must have loose the time. I have often been asked what gives me the right to judge other sites. The truth is, I am no better at Web designing than most of the applicants. But I do take the time and effort to look at the nominated sites. The award comes from me, and so I make the judgment. Also, I don't believe that because I am offering an award to a Web site, that I must be a better designer. Likewise, sites that may be better designed than my own are not guaranteed an award. When you Select and Apply your Great Site, I've spend few hours for the review and comment of your great site with you, to upgrade or more useful site. You will be contacted if you win and sent the real 'World Top 5% CGMG Award' via email. I'm not provide to you a Dollor Value. But, we can concide with you to develop upgradable senses on the worldwide web pages. But, If you Choose one of my 'World Top 5% CGMG Award', must be agree with following policies and present a great overall balance of ; No XXX or Racist Sites please. Must be WebMaster Must have own your homepage Subject or Catagories must be meet Creative Design, Layout, Clear Graphics (original created graphics will earn higher award), Content, Java (site is not required to have Java), Page Download, User Friendly, and overall professional appearance and originality. Do not submit Everyday, I don't believe that few applicant (?) has not upgrade or change as per recommanded request within couple of hours, as I can't. If you disagree with my policies for determining 'World Top 5% CGMG Award', We don't minds. But I will maintain these, as they are necessary to me. So if you do not appreciate this award, by all means, Please don't hesitate to leave. The 'World Top 5% CGMG Award' has four catagories. The Major catagories are the Graphic, Information, Music & General. You can see the background color saperately as per each catagories. Each catagories has more Grade too, Please look at the Samples. Click to view for the some other Samples. I've provide a Grade for Triple Ace (AAA), Double Ace (AA) and Ace (A) on each catagories. The grade is only different Color of the Laurel tree.
